Harper’s Bazaar joins Harvey Nichols in series of beauty events to celebrate Beauty Hot 100 list

Harper’s Bazaar has teamed up with department store Harvey Nichols to run a series of beauty events in selected stores across the UK in celebration of the magazine’s Beauty Hot 100 list. Hosted by Bazaar’s beauty editor Newby Hands and Bazaar’s deputy health & beauty editor Katy Young, the store events, to run at the end of September, are part of Harvey Nichols’ sponsorship of the annual Beauty Hot 100 list.

The store events taking place in the Knightsbridge Harvey Nichols London (27 September), Manchester (28 September) and Edinburgh (29 September), will include a Q&A with Harvey Nichols’ Buying Director Daniela Rinaldi and Newby Hands, make-up master classes, skincare tutorials, complimentary hair styling, yoga classes, manicures, massages and a prize draw at each store to win a goodie bag containing a selection of the Beauty Hot 100 products worth over £5,200.

This year, the Bazaar Beauty Hot 100, sees Chanel Sublimage La Crème, £230, take top spot in skin creams and YSL crème de Blush crowned top makeup item of 2011. Other top ranking beauty items include Tom Ford’s Neroli Body Oil, £45, Sisley Supremya La Nuit Night Cream, £455, Dior Haute Couleur Extreme Wear Nail Lacquer, £17.50, Shu Uemura Art of Hair, from £16.75 and Nars Laguna Body Illuminator, £33.
