Purple Dragon launches flagship family
members club in Chelsea

New flagship family members club, Purple Dragon, is set to launch in Chelsea this week (30 September). The club was founded by Sharai Meyers, who was formerly Roland Mouret's business partner and muse before coming up with the idea to open Purple Dragon during her pregnancy. The 13,000 sq ft club is a space for both parents and children (aged from birth to 12 years) which can be used as an After School Club or Supper Club as well as on weekends. Services available for children include a custom built swimming pool, wet play zone, pro-golf simulator and active zone. There will also be Adventures & Experiences, a 45 minute teacher led learning session utilising art, crafts, science, language, design, cooking, play, music and movement.

A selection of iPads, newspapers, magazines as well as the pro-golf simulator, library and a restaurant are on offer. There will also be 'escape pods' available to parents were they can relax and work, browse the web, take a power nap or receive a manicure or pedicure. A number of membership options are available including Life and Premier: this includes unrestricted use of facilities at all times. There is an Early Bird membership for pre-schoolers, Out of Towner membership which is ideal for non-London based members, or those who spend lots of time out of town, who are entitled to 32 visits per year.
