Ted Baker to launch Click and Collect service

Ted Baker has announced plans to ramp up its multi-channel offering with the launch of a Click and Collect service. Launching in the next few weeks, the service will be available to UK customers in Ted Baker’s 31 standalone stores and is part of a series of planned multi-channel initiatives. Click and Collect will enable customers to shop the wider Ted Baker collections online and have the option to get their purchase delivered free of charge to a store of their choice. Unsuitable items can be returned free of charge for a full refund in store or via the retailer’s normal online returns process. Communication will be an important part of the service, with the customer receiving an e-mail at each step of the ordering process from order confirmation, to confirmation of dispatch, through to notification once the order is available for collection.
