New beauty salon and spa magazine to launch

Beauty Salon News is a new bi-monthly magazine for beauty salons and spas edited by Sofie West, currently deputy editor of Professional Hairdresser.
Published by Hamerville Magazines the launch issue will be released May/ June 2011 and include a Summer Beauty Special, featuring everything needed for getting clients ready for summer (tanning, waxing, beauty treatments, body treatments, manicures, pedicures etc) as well summer retail products, business advice, step-by-steps etc.
There will also be a bridal feature within the issue looking at how to create a specific bridal package within the salon, bridal beauty trends, treatments to offer and advice for salons on what to recommend to clients. A ‘mini magazine’ just for nails will be within each issue with its own features, business advice, news and product information.
Regular features will include News, New products, Beauty Treatment News, Salon, Profiles, Competitions, Step-by-steps, Training and Business Advice. The deadline for submissions for the first issue is 18 March. Contact.
