Independent integrated communications agency, Four Communications plc, has acquired travel & tourism PR and representation agency, bgb, in a cash and equity deal.

bgb will join Four Communications’ public relations, public affairs, digital services, sponsorship, media and marketing practices under the umbrella of the Four Communications Group plc. The newly named practice, Four bgb, will be a market leader in travel and tourism with a combined annual fee income in excess of £2.5 million.
