Regional Managing Director appointed at cosmetics brand

NARS Cosmetics, Inc. announces the appointment of Helena Sampson as Regional Managing Director, Europe, effective immediately. Helena was previously Global Managing Director at The Sanctuary Spa Group in London. In her new, UK-based role, Helena will be responsible for overseeing the European office as well as strengthening the presence of NARS Cosmetics throughout Europe. She will report to Jacqualine Anderson, Executive Director of International Sales. Helena comes to NARS with over 20 years of experience at Unilever and L'Oréal. PR and advertising agencies merge

Independent consumer PR agency Dangling Carrot PR (Dangling Carrot Ltd) has merged with advertising agency Seed in an equity exchange.

From 1 February the two teams will operate as The Relish Agency with a combined communications remit including PR, branding, digital and production. The newly combined client portfolio covers fashion, beauty, lifestyle and heritage and includes brand names such as DUO, Farlows, Antipodes, Dartington Crystal, TIME² and Trunki.
