Chief executive officer of fashion association steps down

Eric Musgrave, chief executive officer of UKFT (UK Fashion And Textile Association), left the organisation today to return to his former career in journalism and consultancy. Peter Lucas, UKFT chairman, confirmed that Adam Mansell, chief operating officer, and Paul Alger, director of international affairs, supported by UKFT's two deputy chairmen John Miln and John Wilson, will together with himself continue the work of the association until a successor is appointed. Associate editor appointed on consumer titles

Having left Dazed & Confused in June to freelance, Paula Goldstein has now taken on the role of creative director of www.purple.fr, the online home of Purple Fashion Magazine. New agency appointed by designer fashion label

The Communications Store has been appointed as the UK PR and communications agency to Salvatore Ferragamo fashion with immediate effect. There have been the following changes to the editorial team at The Hub Magazine:
Stephen Kelly, previously menswear fashion assistant, has been promoted to men’s lifestyle & grooming editor.
Jack Mills, previously freelancer at Dazed & Confused and Esquire, has been appointed associate film & music editor. Jack will support film & music editor Genevieve Knevitt with all film and music features, interviews and reviews.
Louise Judge, previously fashion assistant at Tatler Russia, has been appointed fashion assistant. Louise will assist fashion editor-at-large Nicole Smallwood with all women’s fashion, beauty and jewellery editorial.
