Tomo Kembery completes sale of RANDOM magazine

Tomo Kembery, founder of RANDOM magazine, has announced today that he has sold the publication and all areas of the business encompassing print, online and events to a Spanish publishing house for £1.1 Million. Full copyright and all trademark logos will cross over to the new owners of the magazine, which will now only be published in Spain and Portugal.

Tomo commented: “Myself and the team have worked hard to gain respect in the industry with RANDOM, and built up a solid readership. We are happy to see the magazine go to a new home and right now I’m ready for another venture and to keep pushing myself forward.”

The fashion entrepreneur will soon announce a new online e-tailing shop that will be linked in with a new print and online magazine. The current editorial and creative team will cross over to the new business. www.random-magazine.com

Disneyrollergirl revealed and relaunches site

Freelance stylist and journalist Navaz Batliwalla has revealed herself as the author of the anonymous fashion insider blog, Disneyrollergirl. The newly relaunched site, Disneyrollergirl.net offers behind-the-scenes news, insights and opinion and will also publish fashion shoots and exclusive video content. Navaz continues to work on freelance styling and writing commissions for publications including H&M magazine, Glassmagazine.co.uk and a column for Grazia India. Contact.

Associate features editor at Vogue goes freelance

Charlotte Sinclair, associate features editor at Vogue, is going freelance at the end of February. Charlotte has been made a contributing editor at Vogue and will continue to write for the magazine, as well as other titles and newspapers. Contact.

News International confirm title of new men's magazine

News International has confirmed the title of its new men’s publication. The pilot issue of the one-off supplement, titled Jam, will be included in the News of the World on 6 March. The 56 page magazine will feature style, grooming, music, gadgets and celebrity interviews. Jam will be edited by Mark Hayman, currently creative director of Fabulous. Vert PR appointed by organic fragrance house PG Organics

New fragrance house, PG Organics by Patricia Gallagher has appointed specialist natural beauty agency Vert PR to launch its debut scent, Embrace.
