ghd launches nationwide socially-powered
beauty experience

Today, professional hair styling brand ghd has announced it will be launching the ghd air Boutique, the world’s first socially-powered beauty experience. Featuring hair makeovers with the ghd Style Team, model castings and a travelling airstream trailer kitted out with everything ghd, the Boutique will be opening its doors for the first time on 6 September as part of the Vogue's Fashion’s Night Out. It will then be visiting locations around the UK as directed by the public. Everything will be completely powered by ghd fans via its social media channels – from live Q&As with stylists and deciding on hairstyles, to choosing the next location for the travelling ghd air Boutique. As part of the launch, ghd is working with Select Model Management to find a new model that will be given an opportunity to sign with the agency and model for ghd later this year.
