Simone Rocha curates Cointreau pop-up bar for LFW

Fashion designer Simone Rocha has announced Cointreau Privé designed by Simone Rocha, a 10 day long pop-up bar at St Martins Lane hotel for London Fashion Week (see DIARY dates). Simone’s work with Cointreau is part of her role as the first recipient of the ELLE Cointreau Bursary, a partnership between ELLE UK and Cointreau created to financially support emerging designers. Following in the footsteps of French designer Alexis Mabille and New York’s Catherine Malandrino who have each created bespoke Cointreau bottles, Simone has created a limited edition bottle label with her signature touches of lace and modern aesthetic. The new label stands out against the dark orange of the bottle with a clean white finish, while preserving the recognisable shape of the Cointreau bottle. The design will be showcased at the Cointreau Privé designed by Simone Rocha at London Fashion Week and a small number of bottles will be given away in exclusive competitions throughout the year. The pop-up area at the Light Bar in St Martins Lane hotel will act as a second home for busy designers, industry insiders and fashion followers looking to unwind after a long day at the shows. The Cointreau Privé designed by Simone Rocha will run from 11-22 September between 4pm and 2am. Guests can register to attend via cointreauprive.co.uk.
