The Direct Living Company opens & unveils
new brand The French Dresser

The Direct Living Company is a new multi-brand creative hub created by designer Jack French and PR, event and brand consultant Caroline Shapiro, who will hold the roles of Creative Director and Managing Director respectively. The Direct Living Company will own, develop and manage up to six original brands across fashion, beauty and lifestyle, taking them from inception to market and beyond. This UK business is designed to deliver destination product ranges such as ‘designer’ capsule fashion collections, skincare products, home-wares and accessory collections globally to the Direct TV Shopping Networks, related internet channels and its own transactional websites. The aim is to create a luxury customer experience at an attainable price point across all the Direct Living brands. The primary launch brand will be ready-to-wear apparel and accessories collection The French Dresser, which has been designed by Jack French and is planned for an AW14 launch. The French Dresser range will comprise simple, modern and wearable key basics, including hidden shape support for larger sizes. The range will be supplemented by new seasonally on-trend pieces, to mix and match with the core collections, to be delivered a minimum four times a year. Featuring enhanced purchasing experiences, same day delivery/returns and luxury elements in packaging, customer services, website and campaign imagery, The French Dresser will be an accessible brand with a designer look and feel.
