Fashion & beauty names in New Year's Honours List

A trio of names from the beauty and fashion industries have featured in The New Year's Honours List. Phoebe Philo, Creative Director at French luxury fashion house Céline, was awarded an OBE for services to fashion, along with Julia Carrick, for her role as Global Ambassador for Walpole and as founder of the Financial Times’ How To Spend It magazine. MBEs went to British make-up artist Pat McGrath for services to the fashion and beauty industry, and textile designer Natalie Gibson for services to Fashion and Textile Design.
