Fornasetti Profumi unveils Giardino Segreto di Fornasetti

Fornasetti Profumi has unveiled Giardino Segreto di Fornasetti, its fourth olfactive offering, introducing entirely new Fornasetti designs. The new fragrance is inspired by a representation of an idealised Italian secret garden, displaying herbs, foliage, owls and balustrades on its decorative pieces. Top notes comprise cypresses, ivy, bergamot and pink pepper, with heart notes including cistus, labdanum, maquis and thyme, while cedar wood and vetiver are at the base. Barnaba Fornasetti, son of the Italian painter, sculptor, interior decorator and engraver Piero Fornasetti, has created an original Fornasetti design by combining three existing motifs from the archive in a new  sequence. The ‘Giardino Segreto’ design features across a Scented Candle, Large Scented Candle and Room Spray, Barnaba has created a second original Scented Candle design within the collection, ‘Balaustra’, which makes greater use of the balustrade motif.
