Fred Perry & Central Saint Martins partner in support of the Amy Winehouse Foundation

British fashion brand Fred Perry has announced a partnership with Central Saint Martins (University of the Arts London), inviting 150 students from the Foundation Course (Fashion & Textiles pathway) to participate in a subculture themed research project over two weeks. The students will have the opportunity to design both the Fred Perry Shirt and Bowling Shirt for the Amy Winehouse Foundation Collection, to sit alongside and complement a capsule collection of pieces designed in-house. The Fred Perry design team will choose three winners out of the participating 150 whose designs encapsulate the ethos and personality of the brand. Next to a monetary prize, the students will have the opportunity to work closely with the design and product development teams and see items manufactured and distributed globally in all Fred Perry Authentic shops as well as selected retailers.
