The Victoria & Albert Museum (V&A) has announced it will present Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty exhibition in London from 14 March-19 July 2015, in partnership with Swarovski. Based on the original version of Savage Beauty at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York in 2011, this is the first and largest retrospective of the late designer's work to be presented in Europe. The exhibition will showcase McQueen's designs spanning his 1992 MA graduate collection to his unfinished AW10 collection; presented with the dramatic staging and sense of spectacle synonymous with his runway shows. The London exhibition is curated by Claire Wilcox, Senior Curator of Fashion at the V&A and Professor in Fashion Curation at the London College of Fashion.
