Bubble London names shortlisted
brands for Rising Star Award

Children's trade event Bubble London, which runs two days every January and July, has named the 11 new brands in contention for its Rising Star Award, with the winner announced on the first day of this season's event on 13 July. Held at The Business Design Centre in Islington, London, Bubble's Rising Star competition celebrates the best emerging design talent, with entrants judged on a range of criteria including: manufacturing, innovation, design, strength of branding and commercial appeal. This season's finalists range from childrenswear brands to international brands including: vintage-feel girlswear brand Star 51; Alice in Wonderland inspired brand Tails and Tales; contemporary girlswear brand Miss L Ray; Ibizan-inspired label Tiny She; boywear brand ABC123me; Spanish label Plumeti Rain; Pretty Blue Fox, offering practical clothing for boys and girls; babywear brand Pupe & Cavalieri; baby accessories brand Luluzulu; organic babywear brand Darlo; and handmade footwear brand Pixie Toes. Brands will be judged by a host of industry experts, including experienced children's retailers and members of the press, with the winner set to receive a free stand at the next edition of Bubble London.
