New Tom's Bar & Bistro to launch

New Tom's, Tom Conran's Notting Hill 12 month pop-up restaurant, has announced the launch of an evening Bar & Bistro. The new dining area, located on the former site of Tom's Deli in London's Westbourne Grove, will open Thursday to Saturday from September, allowing guests to enjoy an array of cocktails with a full bar menu, as well as experience the 'secret ' garden. Head Chef Tom Straker trained at the Dorchester and with Heston Blumenthal at Dinner, and has created a menu which is divided into 'Garden', 'Ocean' and 'Field' sections. Tom will source many of the ingredients from his family farm in Herefordshire. There will also be a six course tasting menu available for £55, featuring items such as Crab Brioche and Suckling Pig.
