Tin Man Communications handles Liverpool Fashion Week

Tin Man Communications has been appointed to handle the press and publicity for Liverpool Fashion Week. Returning for the fifth consecutive year, the annual five day event will take place from 13-17 October at the Liverpool Football Club in Anfield (see DIARY dates). The schedule will include live catwalk shows from some of the best names in high-street, independent, designer, plus-size and junior fashion. Founded in 2009 by entrepreneur Amanda Moss, Liverpool Fashion Week aims at making fashion accessible to people of all ages and backgrounds. The week will open with US couture label Ngolela who was recently profiled by British Vogue as one to watch, followed by independent jewellery designer Victoria Luke and Dear Curvy, a plus-size bespoke couture brand. They will be joined by Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalist and avant-garde designer Brian Chan renowned for his bold designs fusing fine art and fashion. High street labels showcasing new season collections include John Lewis, Burton, La Redoute, Dorothy Perkins and Dorothy Perkins Maternity. This year’s Liverpool Fashion Week will be focussed around the theme ‘Family’s Come First’ and for the first time will feature catwalk shows showing teenage and children’s fashion.
