Run or Dye appoints The Earned Agency

The Earned Agency has been appointed by Run or Dye to oversee the PR for its series of colourful 5K events happening across the UK in 2015. Following the UK launch last year, Run or Dye has returned with 17 confirmed locations and more to follow. The first event is set to begin in Manchester on the 18 April, with the final event taking place in Edinburgh on 18 October. The Earned Agency’s brief will cover traditional and digital PR in order to help recruit a far bigger cohort of participants this year across more events and to amplify the fun of participating. Drawing its inspiration from the ancient Hindu festival of Holi, known as the 'Festival of Colours', Run or Dye encourages people - of any age, athletic ability, shape or size - to walk, run, or dance through its 5km courses. Along the length of the course, volunteer’s blast participants with custom-coloured showers of safe, eco-friendly, plant-based cornstarch dye covering them in colour. Once across the finish line, they can take part in the Run or Dye world-famous Dye Festival where they 'Tie-Dye the Sky' with an explosion of colours. Run or Dye is already in negotiation with a number of high profile acts to perform at the post run festivals.
