Asian-inspired bakery MoBa
announces launch & appoints PR

This month sees the London debut launch of MoBa, an Asian-inspired urban boulangerie that uses traditional methods of French baking combined with authentic Vietnamese flavours and fillings to offer a gourmet upgrade to West-East takeaway fusion. Opening on 30 March and located at the corner of Goodge Street and Charlotte Place, MoBa – short for Modern Bakery – fuses the warmth, rusticity and elegance associated with homemade French cooking, with the fresh and simple tastes of Asian cuisines to lend new tastes to old comforts. From traditional French ‘Viennoiseries’ to exotic flavoured pastries (including green tea croissants) and B├ính Mi to healthy Asian-inspired salads, MoBa offers fast, nutritious and reasonably priced quality fare at the heart of the Fitzrovia district. Additionally, MoBa has appointed See.Saw to handle its press and publicity.
