Dining concept Bistrò by Shot announces launch

Bistrò by Shot is a new all-day dining concept in London's Parsons Green that will be opening to the public on 23 March. The new venue will offer seasonal dishes with a French-italian twist, using ingredients sourced predominantly from independent local suppliers. From the team behind café and bar, Shot Expresso and the recently launched pizza and ice cream parlour, Ice&Slice, Bistò by Shot will be headed up by head chef Fabrice Meier. The menu will evolve naturally, dictated by season but will feature breakfast classics such as eggs benedict, french toast and corn fritters and a more extensive brunch menu served on Saturdays and a roast on Sundays. The lunch menu includes starters such as Carabaccia (Tuscan Onion Soup) and Salad of Shaved Carrots; while dinner plates include Rolled Pork Belly, Crispy Polenta, Fennel Purée and Granny Smith Apple, Pan–fried Halibut with Fregola, Chargrilled Baby Leeks and Hazelnut Pesto; and Beef Fillet with Pomme Purée, Bone Marrow Croquette and Madeira Sauce.
