Florence Knight joins The Sunday Times

Florence Knight, culinary author and Head Chef at Polpetto restaurant, is joining The Sunday Times as its new cook. Florence will contribute recipes and ideas every week that aims to be both inspirational and simple to prepare and serve. Her first dishes will appear in ‘The Dish', the cookery section of The Sunday Times Magazine, on 17 May. Florence takes over from Gizzi Erskine who is stepping down as the newspaper's current cook to concentrate on her TV and writing work. However, Gizzi, who joined the magazine in 2013, will still regularly contribute her inimitable blend of recipes to 'The Dish'.
