New fitness class Women's Club launches

Women's Club is a new fitness class just for women co-founded by Steve Mellor of personal training service Freedom2Train and Michael Price of fitness facility Perpetua Cross Fit. The WODs (Workouts of the Day) are a mix of running, skipping, bodyweight movements, and functional movements using resistance whether it’s a ball, kettlebell, dumb bell or a bar. The co-founders have worked together to create a challenging workout designed specifically for women who want to be leaner, stronger and achieve maximum fitness levels. Classes are delivered at the ‘Home of the Unbroken’, CrossFit Perpetua in Battersea, London. All members are also invited to join in the Saturday Yoga session that helps to restore the body with some signature moves targeting the key areas, especially the hips. Classes are held throughout the week – a full timetable can be viewed at crossfitperpetualondon.com. Classes are £25 and can also be purchased in bundles or monthly contracts.
