Harvey Nichols unveils first loyalty scheme

Luxury retailer Harvey Nichols has announced the launch of its first loyalty programme, which will reward customers for each pound spent via an app. Customers will receive one point for every pound spent in the UK, in-store or online, and in any UK Harvey Nichols bar or restaurant. The more purchases a customer makes allows them to move up the points ladder, unlocking unique rewards via the app, which can include a smoothie to botox or champagne dinner at the OXO Tower. The programme will offer indulgent experiences, in addition to vouchers, to spend in-store four times yearly. Four different customer tiers are available: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Black. A customer is assigned instantly to a tier, according to their spend.
