Pop Brixton opens & appoints W Communications

W Communications has been appointed to handle the press and publicity for Pop Brixton, a brand new unique space in London's Brixton areas, focusing on supporting local enterprise and hosting community independent start-ups across food & drink, retail, creative industries and the arts. Located near to the station, Pop Brixton supports 80 entrepreneurs and has created over 200 jobs. Zoe’s Ghana Kitchen takes up its first permanent residency offering authentic Ghanaian dishes, with the introduction of beef rib joint Miss P’s BBQ as well as Indian and British food fusion restaurant Baba G’s. As well as over 20 food and drink vendors, Pop Brixton boasts a diverse selection of independent retail outlets. From vintage clothing sellers Make Do and Mend through to Japanese tea house, Kyonocha. Office and workspace will also be home to local businesses and the Impact Hub Brixton will provide affordable co-working space for start-ups.
