M&S unveils new shopping experience Your Beauty

M&S has announced a brand new dedicated beauty offer to be rolled out across all its stores nationwide and online. Positioned as 'Your Beauty - the best of nature & science', M&S has reviewed its entire beauty offer, repackaging and improving all of its existing own brand products to reveal a new store fit and customer service offer. M&S is also launching Pure, a skincare and bodycare brand focusing on a natural and eco-friendly ethos. The Pure range has been developed to offer a kinder alternative to more pharmaceutical skincare products, without compromising results. The new dedicated M&S Beauty department will also feature an exclusive edit selected beauty brands from Europe and the USA.

M&S Beauty will also offer a unique shopping experience both in-store and online, with new technology that allows customers to access expert advice at all times of the day. Interactive new tools include the 'Virtual Makeover' counter which allows customers to experience different make-up looks and skin consultations 'virtually', either from a photo or model. The first beauty department opened yesterday at the Kensington High Street branch in London, with the online shop launching simultaneously on the brand's website. Two further departments will open in June and the roll out will continue throughout the next 12 months, with 100 planned to have opened by summer 2013. International offerings are also planned in autumn, starting in Prague and Poland.
