Toms partners with LCF and designers
including Felder Felder & Pam Hogg

To celebrate the launch of its first UK pop up store in London, Toms Shoes is supporting two new fashion projects: a partnership with London College of Fashion (LCF) to produce two unique window installations; and a collaboration with seven London fashion designers including Felder Felder and Pam Hogg who have created one-of-a-kind shoes that will be auctioned for charity. The partnership with LCF will see the windows of the pop-up store, located at 69 Neal Street, London WC2, being designed by students Yael Lapiner and Luke Craggs. Each window will be live in the store for two weeks. The first window installation by Yael will be unveiled on 31 May, and the second by Luke will be live from 14 June.

The second initiative sees Toms collaborating with seven established and up-and-coming fashion designers, who have each created a one-off pair of shoes to be exhibited in the store and raise funds for charity. The designers taking part are Felder Felder, Pam Hogg, Charlie Le Mindu, Fred Butler, Joanne Stoker, Yang Du and Marimodo, and each has customised a pair which the public will be invited to bid for in a silent auction starting on 31 May at the Toms pop-up store. Designs include bold, multi-coloured embellishments from Fred Butler, a minimalist studded shoe from Felder Felder and intricate embroidery by Pam Hogg. The money raised from each sale will go to Fashion Awareness Direct, supporting young people who want to develop careers within the fashion industry. The winners will be announced on 28 June.
