Draw In Light collaborates with Jake & Dinos Chapman

To celebrate the launch of the Artist’s Colouring Book of ABCs, British womenswear label Draw In Light has been commissioned by Alteria Art and Humpty Dumpty Publishing to collaborate with English artists Jake & Dinos Chapman for an exclusive line of T-shirts and dresses bearing the brothers' eyeball print design, their take on the letter O. The Draw In Light vs Jake & Dinos Chapman collection was printed by hand in the DIL lighthouse studio in London. The Artists' Colouring Book of ABCs, is an artistic take on the traditional alphabet book, in collaboration with 26 established international artists, who have been invited to design a drawing each representing one letter of the alphabet, including Alex Katz, Grayson Perry, Marc Quinn, Tracey Emin, Gary Hume, Gavin Turk, Paula Rego and Joseph Kosuth. The official book launch will be held on the 12 December at the Serpentine Gallery in London, where the dresses will be exhibited and auctioned alongside the original artworks to the profit of the Kids Company Charity. There will also be a public exhibition from the 6-11 December at Sotheby’s where the exclusive Draw In Light VS Jake & Dinos Chapman dress will be on display (see DIARY dates).
