La Roche Posay to launch Pigmentclar Serum
and Pigmentclar Eyes

Skincare brand La Roche Posay has unveiled Pigmentclar Serum and Pigmentclar Eyes, which tackle both dark spot concerns and uneven skin tone. Research at L’Oréal Laboratories found that dark spots do not solely originate at the epidermal surface but that over the course of their life cycle - from melanin production to their appearance at skin’s surface - changes within the melanotope, (the melanocyte environment), also contribute to their development, playing key roles in the formation, persistence and reappearance of pigment spots. Key anti-dark spot active ingredients within these products to tackle this problem include PhE-Resorcinol combined with Ferulic Acid and Ginkgo, LHA and Niacinamide. Pigmentclar Serum is an intensive dark spot corrective serum which has immediate complexion enhancing benefits and is suitable for sensitive skin, while Pigmentclar Eyes, is the brand's first corrective eye care product. Suitable for sensitive eyes, it visibly reduces brown circles caused by excess melanin production. With its high caffeine concentration, it also works to reduce blue circles caused by poor circulation.
